Forbes Magazine wrote an article recently saying that West Palm Beach is the newest ‘Neighborhood to Watch’.  The city is often overlooked with its closeness to Palm Beach and Miami, but West Palm Beach is rapidly growing into the area’s most exciting neighborhoods.

The downtown area is bustling with restaurants, luxury hotels, and a dynamic shopping scene. Downtown is home to the 72 Arce Rosemary Square, formally CityPlace, that is an open-air area filled with luxury hotels, restaurants, luxury spas, and retailers.

Visitors can see that 2,000 feet of hand painted murals throughout the city painted by famous street artists like RETNA or stop by the Wishing Tree or any of the Water Pavilions located around the city. Near Rosemary Square is the new Brightline Train Station, the high-speed train that connects West Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale and Miami with future plans to connect to Orlando and eventually Tampa.

With plenty of things to do currently the city is planning to add more hotels, restaurants, shops, and even a golf course designed by the golf icon Jack Nicklaus. West Palm Beach is becoming a preferred vacation and living spot for those who enjoy the warm sunshine and the various activities and things to do that make West Palm Beach a city to watch.
