St. Lucie County has seen tremendous economic growth in the first half of 2021. The first half of 2021 brought extraordinary advances in economic development and job creation to St. Lucie County, Florida. St. Lucie County is highly desirable for residential living.

St. Lucie County is on the Treasure Coast area of Southeast Florida, south of Indian River County and north of Martin County. The county has a rich history of native tribes, as well as Spanish explorers. The Ais tribe, a hunter-gatherer culture whose territory extended from south of the St. John’s River to the St. Lucie Inlet, originally inhabited the area.

St. Lucie County offers its residents a long list of fun activities and amenities to enjoy. The beaches are beautiful, with soft sand and warm water, and fishing off the coast is some of the best in the world. Saint Lucie County is home to several parks and preserves to explore. It has charming downtown areas and quaint town villages, offer restaurants and boutiques to frequent.

In addition to the forward motion on previously announced projects, more than 1,700 new jobs and $200 million in capital investments were announced.
