Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League will host the 21st Annual Barry Crown Walk for the Animals in the hopes to raise money for lost, homeless, and unwanted pets. This is the largest pet-friendly walk in Palm Beach County! The charity event will take place on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the Meyer Amphitheatre, 105 Evernia Street in West Palm Beach.

The mission of the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League of the Palm Beaches, Incorporated “is to provide shelter to lost, homeless and unwanted animals, to provide spay and neuter and other medical services for companion animals, and to care for, protect, and find quality homes for homeless and neglected companion animals, to advocate animal welfare, community involvement, and education to further the bond between people and animals.”

This pet-friendly walk begins at 9:00 am with check-in and registration, vendors, and breakfast for registered walkers. At 10:15 am after opening ceremonies, participants will appreciate a picturesque walk down Flagler Drive. The event concludes at noon.

As participants complete the one-mile route, they will enjoy pet costume contests with amazing prize baskets at center stage. Participants must register at the event by 10:30 am. There will also be local vendors and a wonderful silent auction and raffle area with fantastic prizes.

Pre-registration is encouraged. Participants can register to walk at the event. Each registrant who raises or donates at least $35 will receive a free t-shirt and a bandana.

One of the 2022 walk sponsors, MetLife Pet Insurance, will generously match qualifying donations until $15,000 is raised for the event. Please make all donations on the Peggy Adams Walk for Animals website at WalkWithPeggy.org.
