Delray’s popular pizza and pasta restaurant,  Elisabetta’s Ristorante, opened in Downtown West Palm Beach. Recently debuted, their inner-city waterfront location, at 185 Banyan Boulevard, is making a name for itself with the whimsical gelato cart, draping lights, retro décor and even a full-size bocce ball court.  The newest restaurant features a multi-tiered terraced outdoor dining space and spectacular Intracoastal Waterway views.

The cuisine is drawing rave reviews. Expect Italian classics made from scratch onsite. Chef /Partner Lisabet Summa said, “In order for us to replicate the things we love the most about Italian food and cooking, we had to make these things ourselves by hand... that is the thing that informs and dignifies the cuisine and sets it apart from every day, common Italian dishes.  Our restaurant is really an homage to the traditional, with a solid core menu of dishes that are familiar and well loved. It’s not trying to be too far-flung from the rich heritage of Italian food.”

The full bar presents 70 wines by the glass, 400 wines by the bottle, craft beers, and craft cocktail bar. The menu proposes a variety of wood-fired pizzas, house-made pasta dishes, meats and fish cooked on a wood-burning grill, including dry-aged, bone-in steaks, salads and antipasti, house-cured meats, and cheeses, homemade gelato, and other sweets.  On the weekends Elisabetta’s offers bottomless brunch with the purchase of an entrée weekend beginning at 11:00 am offering $16 endless Mimosas, Bellini’s, Bloody Mary’s, or Aperol spritzes.

With more than half the restaurant’s seating stretched all through the protected outdoor terraces, the junior Elisabetta’s promises plenty of space for diners seeking socially distanced spots. Masks are required.  Reservations are accepted via OpenTable.com.
