La Masseria is a one-of-a-kind dining experience with locations in the heart of Manhattan and East Greenwich, Rhode Island, and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The South Florida location is at 5520 PGA Boulevard, Suite 104, Palm Beach Gardens. The inspiration for La Masseria comes from ancient farmhouses of Southern Italy. The cornerstone of the restaurant is capturing Puglia’s cuisine and bringing it to South Florida and thus capturing the region's simple, classic dishes while utilizing the freshest natural ingredients harvested from land and sea.

In the Puglia Region of Italy, the “Masseria” is the heart of any large working farm. It is the building where produce is preserved and where everything is housed. Inspiration for the restaurant comes from ancient farmhouses, where classic dishes utilized the freshest ingredients reaped from the farmland and sea. The fertile southern Italian land produces superb wines and olive oil, and they yield abundant organic grains and vegetables.
