The Abacoa Golf Course is known as one of the best public golf courses in Southeast Florida and truly rivals many private courses. More than simply an amenity to the Abacoa neighborhood, the Abacoa Golf Club is intended to be a community resource. The golf course is an asset that can be shared with the entire community not just Abacoa residents. It is a public course, without membership requirements. Everyone is welcome!

The Abacoa Golf Course was the last course designed by renowned golf course architect, Joe Lee, before his passing. In classic Joe Lee style, Abacoa’s “lakes and bunkers meet its sloping fairways with little obstruction, and you’ll find scenic views with 14 of its 18 holes surrounded by water”.  All these features make the tees, greens, and fairways a delight to play.

This course is interesting, yet difficult. It is fair to all levels of skill and experience. The greens are TifEagle grass.  The putting greens are of some of the highest caliber in Southeast Florida.
