All local Southeast Florida “foodies” should pencil in Miami Rising Stars Restaurant Week March 17 – March 31, 2021. Four times a year, StarChefs’ Rising Stars Magazine delivers recipes, trends, beverage knowledge, new techniques, and a fresh dose of culinary inspiration. The StarChefs’ team covers four American cities, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Dallas, and shift through and determine the best each talented up-and-coming food and beverage professionals. 

After meeting with more than 100 young chefs, pastry chefs, bartenders, sommeliers, and artisans across the metro area, the most recent class of Miami Rising Stars has been listed. The 2021 class includes 20 Rising Stars, recognized by StarChefs for their culinary strength, food and beverage professionals and their charitable contributions to Miami and South Florida.
