District Yoga offers an opportunity to clear your mind and melt away all stress and tension. Awaken your senses while raising your vibration with a community yoga class. The neighborhood yoga class will take place at Grandview Public Market, 1401 Clare Avenue, West Palm Beach.  Join other Zen enthusiasts this Saturday for Community Yoga in the District Railway! 

Participate in the yoga practice every Saturday morning for an open flow Vinyasa class. The next class is Saturday, May 21, 2022, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. The class is led by an experienced registered yoga teacher, Natalie Addison. This is an alignment-based practice with modifications to meet students' needs.

Everyone is welcome! Bring your own mat, water bottle, and an open heart. The exercise class is FREE, however, “Donation Based.”
