A new fitness studio has opened in Palm Beach Gardens and its one of the first in northern Palm Beach County. The new fitness center is called HOTWORX and it is a new 24-hour, infrared fitness studio that potentially gives you more calories burned in less time.
HOTWORX is an innovative fitness program that combines the detoxifying effects of infrared heat and isometrics to give you a full body workout in just 30 minutes or less. The fitness program combines virtually instructed exercises in an individual infrared sauna for maximum detox with great results. The new fitness studio is conveniently and fits into everyone’s schedule because the studio is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Classes can be booked from the HOTWORK app on your phone, and you can even open the sauna door from your phone.
The virtual classes run back-to-back with two forms of workout inside one of their own personal saunas. The classes are designed to tone, build muscle, improve cardiovascular strength, stretch, and help the body get rid of toxins. The heat is created and by infrared energy and invisible heat waves that help to lose weight, lower blood pressure, reduce stress, anti-aging and skin rejuvenation, improve circulation, and much more.
The classes offered include Hot Iso, Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Barre None, Hot Warrior, Hot Core, Hot Buns, Hot Bands, Hot Blast, and Hot Cycle. Some classes even include the use of weights, ropes, and dumbbells.
The Palm Beach Gardens HOTWORX is home to ten infrared saunas designed to hold up to three people at once but due to the current CDC guidelines, only one person is allowed per sauna. Each sauna is cleaned and sanitized after each use. Once inside the sauna, you can set your own temperature, however it is recommended that for the maximum calorie burn, the temperature is to be at 125 degrees. Once you leave your session, your body will continue to burn calories for up to an hour after your session has finished.
