Mana is Greek for “Mama” or “Mother.”  Mana Greek Fusion represents insight from old world Greek Islands. They create traditional, homemade favorites that have been passed down for generations. The authentic Greek recipes are the family homegrown recipes passed down from Mana to Mana for generations. The recipes on the menu are based on mother’s traditional Greek recipes.
