If you enjoy the great South Florida outdoors, here are some of the best beaches you and your family have to visit this Summer.

Tequesta

Coral Cove Park, located on the northern tip of Palm Beach County, looks out over the ocean and allows visitors an up-close look at some of the local marine life. A few feet offshore, you can snorkel and find many carved rocks that house tiny fish and crustaceans, and natural tide pools that form in the tide. Across the street from the park is the Intracoastal waterway that provides calmer swimming conditions. 

Jupiter

Dubois Park, located on the edge of the Jupiter Inlet, has great views of the Jupiter Lighthouse, the Intracoastal, and the ocean. The beach park has man-made pools of water protected by barriers and natural rock to create little swimming pools and sitting area in the aqua-colored waters for all ages.  The park is home to the Dubois Pioneer Home, one of the last remaining historic homesteads in northern Palm Beach County. The home is available for tours on Tuesdays and Thursdays to learn more about Jupiter’s history. The park also offers grill areas, public bathrooms, and a lot of parking. Dubois Park is connected to the Jupiter Beach Park by a pedestrian bridge leading to the inlet pier and Jupiter’s sandy beaches.

Carlin Park

Carlin Park located along A1A and the ocean, this massive beach park has so much to offer with nearly 3,000 feet of guarded beach frontage. Visitors can play tennis, volleyball, bocce ball, and softball. The park also has children’s playgrounds, exercise areas, areas to fish, pavilions and grilling areas available to use and rent for parties and events. There is also The Seabreeze Amphitheater that host the annual Shakespeare by the Sea Festival, live music, and special events. 

Juno Beach

Juno Beach Park, located along A1A, is perfect for the long beach walks or just enjoying the view. You can also bring your dog. Juno Beach Park is the only beach in Palm Beach County that allows dogs to run around in the sand. Also located on the beach is the 990-foot fishing pier, operated by the Loggerhead Marinelife Center located a few blocks away. The pier offers great views of the ocean and beaches as well and great fishing.

Riviera Beach

The Phil Foster Park is located along the Lake Worth Lagoon, just north of the Palm Beach Inlet. The 14.7-acre beach park is known for its great fishing and a children’s play area. The best thing about the park is its man-made snorkel trail. The trail is intended for strong swimmers and go around the south of the island and near the Blue Heron Bridge. The beach area is also great for kids and families to enjoy the beach area and the water.
