Current north county growth has increased the demand for boat ramp access for residents of Jupiter.  Palm Beach County has an award-winning park system.  It offers a wide range of leisure time opportunities with over 8,000 acres of accessible parkland to discover. Watersports sports, fitness, ecological, and cultural opportunities abound, as well as restful places for peace and quiet.

One of the newest parks is Waterway Park in Jupiter. The $7 million park opened in April of 2017. The park opened a new Intracoastal entry point for the Jupiter public.  Waterway Park is located on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway at the base of the Indiantown Road bridge.  The highly appreciated Waterway Park offers a boat ramp, 52 boat trailer parking spaces and 29 vehicle spaces.  Additionally, there is a tortoise preserve area, a boardwalk, a fishing pier, and a restroom building.

Waterway Park has two entrances. An entrance only entry is on the south side of Indiantown Road on the west side of the bridge. The other entry/exit is along Jonathan Drive near the entrance of Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club.
