The power of the full moon is sustained 4 days before and 4 days after the exact date of the full moon. A worm moon is the last full moon of the winter equinox. The end of the winter equinox is when spring begins, and this is usually in MarchTherefore the Worm Moon is the first full moon that occurs in March. The worm moon appears around the 14th to 15th day of the lunar cycle.

The month's full moon is unique in what it brings into your life. There is a new moon every month, on rare occasions, there may be two full moons. Each moon comes with a tale to tell. There is a meaning behind its name, and its own unique way to affect you.

Each full moon has a different effect on us, and it is about insight into the stars, the spirits, and how they all work collectively. March’s moon cycle is considered the final moon of winter. The spring season is upon us and with it, the moon encourages new life and excitement.

This is the time for the spiritual meaning of the Worm Moon. March's full moon is a signal that this is your world, and you are necessary. According to astrologers, "Your light is needed. Your unique energy is needed. Your passions are needed. Your perspectives are needed. As you stand up, you take us with you. As you stand in your light, you light up the world." This moon is incredibly spiritual.

It is the time to get an intensely comprehensive examination of goals and harness dedicated energy towards any specific goal you may desire. Sound therapy activates the body's self-healing system.
