Barrel of Monks Brewing is located at 1141 South Rogers Circle, in Boca Raton.  They brew Belgium beer right here in Palm Beach County.  Several years ago, this group of friends started traveling to Belgium to see how their favorite beers were brewed.  The friends started brewing for themselves and never looked back. They feel they have honed their brewing skills to develop high quality ales suggestive of the fine ales coming out of Belgium.

Barrel of Monks Brewing is full of ambiance. The taproom features exposed brick, rich colors, great lighting, and comfortable seating arrangements.

The head brewer, Joel, of Barrel of Monks Brewing has been enjoying drinking craft beer for a couple years. He decided he wanted to learn how to brew so he took a homebrew class at the old Funky Buddha Lounge, bought himself a homebrew kit, and as they say, “the rest is history”. 

Barrel of Monks focuses exclusively on quality, Belgian-style beers. Featuring rotating taps of limited releases and blends such as:

-       The Wizard (5.5% ABV)

-        Single in Havana (4.5% ABV)

-        Abbey Terno dubbel (7.5% ABV)

-        Endless Enigma Belgian pale ale (6% ABV)

-        Love Street, a dry-hopped blonde that was developed with the team from Jupiter’s Love Street project, in Jupiter, and includes notes of passionfruit.
