The Maltz Jupiter Theatre is undergoing a $36 million expansion. The not-for-profit Maltz Jupiter Theatre, located on East Indiantown Road, Jupiter has become one of Florida’s preeminent professional theatres, committed to production and education through its collaborations with local and national artists. The expansion will create a Broadway-scale stage and the Maltz will have the opportunity to produce the next Broadway hit or national tour. Nearly all regional theaters across the country have the capacity to do just that.

Currently the state’s largest award-winning regional theatre, the Theatre draws 100,000 people annually. Maltz has a contribution base of more than 8,560 patrons who love live theater. The Theatre is a member of the prestigious League of Resident Theatres and has earned numerous Carbonell Awards, South Florida’s highest honor for artistic excellence.

The Goldner Conservatory serves local youth and adults in arts education, with an excellent teaching facility.

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre has been forced to make significant changes to the Grand Reopening Season due to the surge of Omicron, resulting in the delay of the completion of the $36 million building renovation. The renovation was scheduled to reopen in October 2021. The delays have resulted in the postponement of the Grand Opening. Shows have been rescheduled.

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre will be a stunning glass structure which you can see into watch the talented actors rehearsing on the top floor.

The renovation also includes an innovative dining experience, expanded Conservatory and lobby, redesigned entrance, and a second 199-seat theater space. For more information about the Theatre’s upcoming productions, visit www.jupitertheatre.org.
