“I think we’re kind of stuck in between a buyer and seller’s market. Everybody’s a little bit unsure of what tomorrow is going to bring, and so you have a category of sellers that are — I think the folks that are maybe $250k and under — are a little bit more cautious,” says Szalay.

“We have two major projects going on: One is a battery plant, and one is an Amazon facility. That has now caused a shortage of homes, especially within the area, for either the workers or anticipated workers that are going to be at those facilities,” says Szalay.
