Aspen Bridging has launched a series of flat rate bridging products.

An offering at 80 per cent LTV with a monthly rate of 0.89 per cent has been introduced, as well as a 75 per cent LTV with a monthly rate of 0.84 per cent.

Both deals above have a term of between six and 18 months and offer a value of between £200,000 and £4m.

Additionally, the bridging lender has cut its stepped rate product from 0.45 per cent to 0.44 per cent on a monthly basis. Terms for this offering run from between three and six months.

Aspen Bridging director Jack Coombs says: “We have always operated and prepared our quotes with complete transparency, but we felt it was imperative to move to offer competitive flat rate products and make reductions on the stepped rates. This offers brokers and client two clear options from the start.

“With these substantial changes we are looking to maximise volume and double our lending in 2020, having achieved a similar feat in 2019. We have said we will always adapt to deliver market leading products and services, and this is the next stage in our development.”
