Hampshire Trust Bank has promoted Lorenzo Satchell to sales director of its bridging division.
Satchell joined the lender as head of sales for bridging in January from Together.
The bank says the promotion of the veteran with over 30 years of experience in the property finance sector is if “recognition of his leadership and the performance of the sales team under his stewardship, with origination levels consistently well above target”.
Satchell, in his new role, will be responsible for managing the bridging sales team as well as overseeing all originations and broker business partners that work with the lender on bridging loans.
Satchell had worked at Together for 15 years in a variety of roles, leaving last December as specialist key account manager for London and the South East of England.
Hampshire Trust Bank director of bridging Jamie Jolly says: “Lorenzo has settled into his role with Hampshire Trust Bank incredibly well and continues to impress with an astonishing work ethic that is blended with superb know-how and guile.”
Hampshire Trust Bank’s Satchell adds: “In addition to my existing duties my new role includes providing a focus on strategic values, both within the bank and our key business partners.”
