Get your Zen on this Saturday, February 26, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. Join other yoga enthusiasts for Treehouse Rooftop Yoga on the top floor of the Canopy by Hilton, 380 Trinity Place, in downtown Palm Beach County.  Each week take part in breathtaking yoga practice that will help center you after a frenzied week of work and life. One big reason to practice is that yoga has a significant impact on dialing down chronic stress. It is the perfect way to kick off an enjoyable rejuvenating start to the weekend.

Bring your own mat, towel, and water., as those items will not be provided. After your recentering training, stay for a relaxed, informal, yet lively, brunch. Brunch begins at 11:00 a.m. on the Canopy’s alfresco terrace. The terrace offers the perfect atmosphere for outdoor social events and a bird’s eye view of Downtown West Palm Beach. Join other health-minded enthusiasts on the green space, rooftop of Canopy by Hilton in Downtown West Palm Beach.
