Accord is withdrawing a number of products in its residential range by up to 19 basis points.

The lender emailed brokers to give warning that its current range is being withdrawn at 8pm this evening with new deals available tomorrow at 9am.

It is extending the end dates on all product to November 30 and some of the products being withdrawn will not be replaced.

Among the rates set to increase are:

• In the 75 per cent loan-to-value tier some rates will be withdrawn altogether while others will increase by up to 5 basis points
• In the 80 per cent LTV tier some rates will go up by 5 basis points
• At 85 per cent LTV some rates will increase by up to 19 basis points
• Help to Buy rates will increase by up to 11 basis points
