Located in the Ben Autograph Collection Hotel in West Palm Beach is a fantastic eatery known as Proper Grit. The restaurant offers some of the best views of the Palm Harbor Marina and Intracoastal Waterway. The eatery is a high-spirited, polished experience reminiscent of an early nineteenth-century public house.

Proper Grit offers inventive food and beverages. The eccentric pub is situated on the lobby floor of the luxury, boutique hotel. The dining room is styled after Old Florida’s regal beginnings mixed with the warm, casual comforts of home serving locally sourced cuisine. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and a daily happy hour are presented often with live entertainment.  

Encounter elevated, flavorful comfort favorites, such as Gratitude Farm mushroom bruschetta with goat cheese cream, caramelized onions, and preserved lemon on sourdough or the Philly cheesesteak sliders, herb-oil-poached salmon, and a menu specifically of just macaroni and cheese.
