First2Protect has launched its new broker portal in collaboration with Acturis.

The broker portal aims to reduce administration time, improve conversion rates and provide complete visibility of referral progress and customer outcomes.

The platform automates manual processes, introduces a dedicated workflow for referrals, and enables firms to monitor performance and revenue through integrated management information dashboards.

First2Protect and Acturis worked closely with pilot advisory firms, networks and insurers to shape the platform.

The portal launched yesterday (24 November), with onboarding and training provided via the First2Protect business development team.
