TSB has upped rates on two of its residential fixed rate products and introduced a new five-year offering.

The 80 per cent LTV to 85 per cent LTV five-year fix with zero fee has gone from 2.79 per cent to 3.19 per cent.

As well as this, the 75 per cent LTV to 85 per cent LTV 10-year fix with zero fee has seen its rate go up from 2.84 per cent to 3.24 per cent.

The new product, meanwhile, is an 80 per cent LTV to 85 per cent LTV five-year fix for house purchase with a rate of 2.79 per cent. It also commands a £995 fee.

TSB has also withdrawn its 80 per cent LTV to 85 per cent LTV five-year residential fix at 2.59 per cent with zero fee from the market.
