HLPartnership has hired Scott McAllister as senior recruitment manager, which the mortgage and protection network says strengthens its focus on supporting the growth of its member firms.  

The business says McAllister will work with its appointed representative firms “to help them expand their businesses through targeted recruitment strategies and tailored regional support”.  

He will also work with the network’s sales and recruitment director Tom Barnett, on the firm’s growth and development plans. The network has around 1,100 advisers nationwide. 

McAllister, most recently, held dual positions at the Primis Mortgage Network as national recruitment director and regional sales director, where he specialised in adviser recruitment, retention, and business development.  

He also spent over three years at Tenet Group, progressing from sales business development manager to regional business manager.
