United Trust Bank Mortgages has promoted Mareeza Mitri and Fran Arnold.

Mitri has been promoted to new lending manager, succeeding Dave Burke who was recently promoted to head of buy-to-let (BTL) underwriting.

Mitri will report to UTB Mortgages head of underwriting Toby Wilson. She will focus on leading the front-end support for premier panel and packager relationships.

Meanwhile, Arnold has been promoted to team manager, taking over Mitri’s role leading the northern underwriting team.
