Paragon Bank has promoted four within its development finance division.
Dan Cresswell has been promoted to relationship director from relationship manager, with Lilly Sargeant and Megan Andreou promoted to senior portfolio managers.
In addition, Ben Leigh has been appointed to a new role of associate Director.
Leigh joined Paragon as senior portfolio manager in July last year and in his new role he will be focused on supporting managing director Neal Moy and leading specific projects, including artificial intelligence, as well as developing new business product lines and complex transactions.
Cresswell joined Titlestone in 2016, which was acquired by Paragon two years later. He started his career in development finance with Close Brothers.
Meanwhile, Sargeant and Andreou both joined Paragon in 2021 as junior portfolio managers.
Paragon Bank managing director of development finance Neal Moy says: “It is fantastic to see these individuals progress over the past few years, so these promotions are hugely deserved. Career development is massively important to us, and we are dedicated to helping nurture and support our people.”
“In recent years we have fast evolved from mainly funding residential schemes to expanding into new markets – now supporting PBSA, build-to-rent, later living and pre-let commercial, amongst others.”
“We have ambitious growth plans and we need the right people to enable us to meet them, so I’m delighted to be able to make these promotions.”
Last month, Paragon Bank launched three 75% loan-to-value limited edition landlord fixed-rate loans, with rates starting at 3.29%.
