Bluestone Mortgages’ sales & marketing director Reece Beddall will leave the business to be replaced by strategy director Ryan Davies on an interim basis.  

Beddall, who joined the specialist lender in 2016, will return to his native Australia.   

He has held several posts at the business, starting as a broker support team member, rising to head of business development and later head of marketing.  

Bluestone Mortgages chief executive Steve Seal says: “Reece was a huge asset to the business and I’d like to personally thank him for the contribution he has made over the last eight years.   

“Reece played a key role in helping us become a significant player in the specialist lending industry, and while he is stepping away from the business to return home to Australia, he leaves Bluestone Mortgages in an excellent position.”   

Beddall adds that he has “thoroughly enjoyed my time” at the lender.  

Bluestone points out that Davies will hold its sales & marketing director’s post over the short term, in addition to his existing duties.
