Attention Palm Beach County wine lovers, one of South Florida’s top restaurants has just earned an exceedingly rare “Grand Award” from Wine Spectator Magazine. The Italian eatery, La Sirena, was chosen as one out of restaurants worldwide to be welcomed into the elite circle Grand Award winners.

La Sirena is in the heart of West Palm Beach. La Sirena’s wine program has evolved, over the last three decades, from a humble list of just thirty selections into the list they have today of over 1600 selections. The list, while focused on Italian wines spans from the old world to the new. 

At La Sirena you will find wines from the greatest estates in the world to new, exciting, and upcoming producers. In 2015 La Sirena was awarded the coveted Grand Award from the Wine Spectator, and again in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Set against the backdrop of modest tones, delicious food, and enjoyable conversation. The restaurant offers excellent service and appears as if it was plucked out of the Italian countryside. The contemporarily infused menu features fresh and seasonal fare while keeping true to treasured Italian classic fare.

The top wine experts have nominated, La Sirena, as “A World Class Wine Destination.” Due to the amassed wine menu that features over 1,600 selections over the past thirty plus years. Covering ten countries, Italy, being the most represented. “In 2012 we teamed up with Marchesi de’ Cordano in Abruzzo, Italy to create specific blends of grape varietals only available at La Sirena Restaurant.”  La Sirena has nearly 1,000 wines on its list, including one of the richest collections of Tuscan wines in the United States,” Wine Spectator Magazine says La Sirena captures “Italy’s great diversity, and it is well-represented, from top to bottom of the boot”.
