Specialist lender Together has extended its partnership with Fluent Money Group to provide short-term finance to its bridging arm.

The Cheshire-based firm says the move allows Fluent Bridging to provide “more options for borrowers seeking fast and flexible short-term finance” from its panel of lenders.

Together commercial chief executive Marc Goldberg says: “We have built up a fantastic relationship with the Fluent Group, having provided their clients with residential and buy-to-let mortgages for nearly a decade, and have always been impressed by their consistently high level of service.

“We’ve no doubt this will continue and believe they will enhance and transform the dynamic bridging sector.

Fluent Bridging managing director John Hardman says: “We anticipate that Fluent Bridging will grow very quickly and Together demonstrated they can provide the same exceptional levels of service that we do as a broker and packager”.

Together, which has a product range that includes, short-term finance, buy-to-let, commercial and semi-commercial mortgages, has a loan book of more than £4bn.

Bolton-based Fluent Bridging is part of the Fluent Money Group, which also has arms that cover second charge mortgages, equity release, and general insurance.
