Moneyfacts’ equity release advice is to be provided by HUB Financial Solutions.

HUB Financial Solutions says that if its advice is sought it will complete a full customer fact-find, which will include checks to ensure that the potential borrower is not missing out on any state benefit entitlements and discuss appropriate alternative solutions if equity release is not suitable.

Moneyfacts boasts of having 460,000 people visiting its price comparison website a month.
