What led you to where you are today?

Nearly a decade ago, I embarked on a real estate course to sell timeshare, encouraged by my Director to enhance my role in selling bigger packages. However, a pivotal moment came during my training when an instructor suggested I venture into general real estate for its flexibility, especially valuable for a single mother like me. That advice changed everything, and I’ve never looked back since then.

What's your favorite part about living in Maui?

I cherish Maui's deep-rooted family value system the most. As an adoptee, my children represent my direct bloodline, making the island's emphasis on family dynamics incredibly important to me. Additionally, Maui's year-round warm weather perfectly complements my outdoorsy lifestyle, fostering both physical and mental well-being!

What's your favorite part about being a realtor?

My favorite part of being a realtor is watching people's dreams come true. Whether they are buying their first or second home or selling their current home, each real estate transaction represents a goal that someone is focused on achieving. Being a part of that process with someone is a true honor.

Where is one place on the island we can find you on the weekend?

When I am not working real estate or with loved ones and my children, I can be found running and training for races in the hills or mountains anywhere on the Island. I have been running since I was a child, and it is my favorite time to exert energy, focus my mind, and gain perspective and gratitude. My intuition speaks the loudest to me while on my runs.

What local spot is a "must-visit”?

The essence of Maui isn't just in its places but in its people. I believe the best way to experience the island is by engaging with locals, whether at a cafe, beach, or shave ice spot. The spirit of Aloha, present in the island’s residents, is the true “must-visit” feature of Maui, creating memories that last a lifetime.

What is your favorite thing about your office's city?

Kihei is a blend of tranquility and vibrancy. It offers everything from serene beach spots to bustling restaurants and extensive beach walks to Maalaea. Its versatility caters to both introverts and extroverts alike. As a foodie, the variety of dining options in Kihei is something I particularly enjoy.

What do you want clients to know about you?

What distinguishes me is my unwavering commitment to my client’s success. My proactive approach—actively seeking properties for buyers, finding buyers for sellers, and identifying standout investment properties for investors—sets me apart. I believe in creating the life we envision, a philosophy that extends to my real estate practice. My goal is to make each transaction enjoyable, efficient, and seamless, driven by a genuine desire to see others achieve their dreams.

As the President and Co-Founder, can you tell us about your organization, Boots On The Ground?

Yes! In the immediate wake of the devastating Maui fires of August 2023, it became apparent that our Island would need long-term community support in housing, supplies, mental health, and rebuilding of homes and businesses. My team, which includes myself, Derek, and Ashley Hyman of San Diego, quickly assembled our organization to assist with aid in any form possible. We have provided support in the form of housing, basic supplies like food, water, clothes, housewares, anything you can imagine you need in the home, legal support, thousands in grants, fuel, Starlinks, and much more. It is only thanks to all of those who support and donate to us so that we may pass along that generosity to those affected by this unexpected event that has forever changed the history of Maui. Along with my career in real estate, my mission is to continue supporting my community so that each member has stable housing and the ability to care for themselves and their families.
