A former Knight Frank partner has left to set up his own broker firm.

Alastair Keeling has founded Arkmor Capital, a bespoke property firm aimed at high-net-worth clients.

The London-based business will focus on high-value mortgages for prime properties, property finance for borrowers with non-standard income or complex wealth and international home acquisitions.

Managing director Keeling said in a LinkedIn post that the new firm is “founded on a simple but powerful principle: to deliver bespoke, high-value mortgage and financing solutions to clients who expect nothing less than excellence”.

He added the firm would offer his “deep industry insight with a commitment to a bespoke service”.

Keeling worked for almost 12 years at Knight Frank, leaving in August as a Knight Frank Finance mortgage broker partner.

Prior to that, he spent almost seven years at Alexander Hall, leaving as an independent mortgage broker in 2014.
