Pepper Money has promoted Alex Hall to the position of regional development manager for the south west.

Hall joined the specialist lender as an underwriter in March 2022 and a spokesperson said he has “excelled in his ability to help brokers match their customers with specialist mortgages that suit their needs.”

In his new role, Hall will support brokers in finding a home for their cases that fall outside the mould of mainstream lenders, due to adverse credit, credit score, or a complex income structure.

Hall says: “I’m delighted to advance my career at Pepper Money by taking this new role. Underwriters at Pepper have daily conversations with brokers to ensure we provide valuable insight and help to their customers as best we can. I believe it’s a natural progression to move to our Sales team and work closely with brokers earlier on in the process.”
