Quantum Mortgages cuts BTL fixes by up to 95bps Mortgage Strategy

Quantum Mortgages has cut its landlord fixed-rate deals by up to 95 basis points.  

The BTL specialist says two-, five-, and seven-year fixes will be reduced by up to 80bps, while its green range of offers fall by up to 95bps.  

It adds that these rates are effective immediately and apply to new BTL mortgage applications as well as existing landlord clients seeking to refinance properties.  

Two-year fixes for single-unit homes up to 65% loan to value, start from 6.74%, with a 2.25% arrangement fee.  

Five-year fixes for multi-unit blocks and houses in multiple occupation up to 65% LTV, start from 5.99%, with a 2.25% arrangement fee.  

Seven-year green fixes for single homes, start from 6.30% at 81% or 82% LTV, with a 2.25% arrangement fee.  

Quantum Mortgages head of sales Harsha Dahyea says: “Our commitment to sustainability is further emphasised with the substantial rate cuts on our Green Range for landlords dedicated to eco-friendly property investments.”
