Galley at Hilton West Palm Beach features interactive dining and custom cocktails creating a dining experience unlike any other.  For Valentine’s Day there will be roses for each couple as well as prix fixe and á la carte specials. The menu introduces self-indulgent selections like truffle cauliflower soup, butter poached lobster carpaccio, portobello and porcini mushroom ravioli, and wood-fired Wagyu beef tenderloin. Couples will be given buy-one-get-one bottles of G.H. Mumm Champagne with the purchase of two prix fixe dinners.
