YBS Commercial Mortgages has made enhancements to its broker portal to improve efficiencies and make the application journey better for brokers and their clients.

The commercial lender has expanded its use of nCino, its primary mortgage applications platform, which has enabled improvements to its broker portal.

The new features include the ability to self-initiate, starting new applications instantly, simplifying the process and the creation of one simple form which captures everything needed to start assessing a case.

In addition, it has built a function to enable brokers to pause an application at any stage and come back to it later, for greater convenience and it will also provide the ability to submit direct debit details without needing a signed mandate, saving customers and brokers precious time.

Colleagues from YBS Commercial Mortgages will be supporting brokers in navigating the changes to ensure they get maximum value from the new portal.
