Clydesdale Bank has confirmed product rate cuts from 13 September. In core residential range on selected two and five-year fixed rates there are reductions of up to 0.39%, starting from 4.02%.

On exclusive product transfer products   65% LTV two and five-year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.10%, starting from 3.99%.

For exclusive remortgage products, selected two-year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.24% and for exclusive large loan products, selected two and five-year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.30%.

And for professional products selected two and five-year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.39%.

The end dates will move to December of the relevant year.
