The Tipton and Coseley Building Society has appointed Debbie Holmes as business development manager. 

In her new role, Holmes will be responsible for supporting brokers within the West Midlands. 

She has worked closely with brokers over the last 10 years with previous experience at the Coventry Building Society and in her most recent role as business development manager at the Earl Shilton Building Society.

Tipton has also promoted Joanna Ridgway to key account manager after joining the society in 2020 from specialist mortgage lender Pepper Money UK.

Tipton director of sales and marketing Jason Newsway says: “Debbie Holmes will be a great addition to our team at the Tipton. She has a strong experience in working closely with brokers and joins us at an important time in our journey as we look to strengthen the business support functions.”
