Hampshire Trust Bank has hired Zouhair Mihramane as a business development manager at its specialist mortgages division.
He will manage broker partners across the South East and will report to the firm’s specialist mortgages sales director Andrea Glasgow.
The lender targets professional investors with specialist residential and semi-commercial loans up to £25m for limited companies, offshore entities, expats, and foreign nationals.
Mihramane previously worked for One Savings Bank, where he was a business development manager for the firm’s Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance brands in London and South for the last two years.
Prior to that, he spent ten years at Lloyds Banking Group, leaving as a business development manager for Scottish Widows and Halifax Intermediaries in 2021.
Hampshire Trust Bank’s Glasgow says: “HTB’s priority is to always champion experienced landlords, and Zouhair will play a pivotal role in doing just that.”
Mihramane took up his new post at the beginning of the month.
