Mortgage broker platform Acre has launched a Scottish conveyancing panel together with eConveyancer, powered by Smoove.

The collaboration between Acre and the conveyancing comparison tool, allows brokers and their clients access to specialist conveyancers who understand the legal landscape in Scotland.

The platform, founded in 2017, says brokers can get comprehensive quotes with one click, while pre-validated client data will “prevent transaction failure”.

The service also offers live case updates and commission reconciliation in Acre’s accounting.
