Catalyst has hired Sophie Rose as servicing manager for the bridging lender.   

She will manage the firm’s loan book and help borrowers with post-completion queries, while reporting to head of servicing Amy Rickman.  

Rose has over 12 years of customer service experience across several firms including Nationwide, Positive Lending and Liverpool Victoria.  

Catalyst’s head of servicing Rickman says: “Sophie has previous experience in the property industry that she will be able to apply to the servicing manager role.”
