Every Thursday morning at the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, the sea turtle research and rehabilitation center hosts their ArtSEA Kid’s Painting Class until the end of April.The weekly art class begins at 10:30 am on Thursday mornings. The class is designed to help introduce basic sea turtle conservation and biology in young children. The art class is geared toward children ages 3 to 5 years old.

The class begins with a brief introduction and ocean-themed story that includes a hands-on activity after the painting class. Those who attend will have the opportunity to take home their painted sea turtles to remember to class by. The ArtSEA Painting Class costs $10 dollars per child. Due to the limited space and popularity of the event, you are asked to register prior to the class. To register, click here.
