Mortgage brokers DNA Financial Solutions has appointed Hugh Spillane to be its new chief executive.
Spillane was previously commercial director, having joined the business in 2021. This is the first time DNA Financial Solutions has had a CEO role.
DNA Financial Solutions was founded in 2018 by Adam McGhee and Drew Turner.
Spillane invested in the business when joining the firm, and there have been four equal partners in the finance business since 2021, with a fifth parter in its insurance business.
DNA Financial Solutions offers mortgage and financial lending to both individuals and businesses. It specialises in complex advice for residential and commercial property finance and secured and unsecured business finance. The company also has a software development business.
Spillane says he was delighted to be trusted by his business partners to lead the overall visions and strategy for the company. He says: “We intend to move forward with a key focus on our introducer partnerships and digital marketing and in-house tech developments — which support case progression and help to deliver more positive client outcomes.”
