Who would have thought that the Milwaukee Brewers would have the best record in baseball heading into the month of September? And yet here we are, with a bunch of no-name baseball players well on their way to a 100 win season. Here are a few good lessons that any organization, business or real estate company can learn from the 2025 Milwaukee Brewers.
4 lessons from the Brew Crew
#1: Focus on the fundamentals. The entire organization, from top to bottom, is committed to helping each player reach their highest potential. With good coaching -- and a focus on daily practice and the right habits -- the roster is filled with players who are improving at a fast clip.
#2: Lead by example. The players hold each other accountable by holding themselves to high standards first. The two biggest stars on the team, Christian Yelich and Brandon Woodruff, are strong role models for the younger players who are just starting their careers and learning what it means to be a professional.
#3: Play for each other. Camaraderie and cohesion are strong because the players buy in to supporting each other and helping the team win, over pursuing individual accolades and stats.
#4: Stay humble. Even though the team is experiencing success, the players continue to embrace an underdog mentality that keeps them scrappy, resilient, and focused on getting better.
We're excited to see how the Brewers finish off this season. Whether they make it to the World Series or not, they've already proven to us that they are true winners.
