The Mortgage Mum has partnered with ITV and the Ideal Home Show, which will see the firm give home loan advice at the event this year.
The mortgage and protection broker’s founder and managing director Sarah Tucker will take the stage at the 115-year-old show, which will also includes money expert Martin Lewis, style guru Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and Location Location Location presenter Phil Spencer.
Tucker will speak four times at the 18-day show with her presentation themed around ‘Five Tips to Survive a Mortgage Crisis,’ drawn from her experience at the broker, which she set up in 2019.
She will appear at the event’s key ‘super theatre’ on 19 and 20 March.
Apart from celebrity guests and expert speakers, the event also features show homes and gardens, workshops, an eat & drink stage and a pop-up restaurant run by MasterChef host Gregg Wallace.
ITV will also bring many of its sets and props to the show, including a mock-up the Rover’s Return Inn from Coronation Street, where customers can have a pie and a pint.
Tucker says: “I am utterly thrilled and honoured that the Ideal Home Show and ITV have asked to collaborate with us on this, and it feels like a pivotal moment in our journey.
“The entire team at the Mortgage Mum are so excited, and we’re putting a lot of time and energy into maximising the opportunity and bringing the most value to the event.
“To be asked to speak alongside household names in the property industry, and people I have personally admired for many years is the icing on the cake.”
The Idea Home Show, which was founded in 1908, runs from 17 March to 2 April.
