Earl Shilton Building Society (esbs) has appointed Lee Nicholls as its business development manager (BDM).

Nicholls has spent the last eight years working across various roles in the financial services industry.

He has worked in various customer service positions, mortgage advising, and brokering. Most recently, he worked as a telephone BDM at Coventry Building Society.

Commenting on his appointment, Nicholls says: “The opportunity to work for another mutual organisation that prioritises its members and places common sense at the core of every decision was incredibly appealing to me.”

“What I value most is the chance to work closely with brokers, especially on complex cases, helping them find solutions so they can grow their business alongside ours.”
