Shawbrook Bank has hired Darrell Walker as head of product development and proposition.

Walker has over 20 years of experience in the specialist lending industry, having held senior roles at Legal and General and Lloyds Banking Group and most recently at Interbay Commercial and Prestige Finance, part of the One Savings Bank group.

At Shawbrook, Walker will will be overseeing the property finance division’s product lines and developing the specialist lender’s proposition.
