LDNfinance has hired two new advisers and a paraplanner as it continues its expansion.

The property brokerage says its new advisers, Martin Ball and Daniel Everritt, join the business with over 25 years of industry experience between them.

Martin Ball, who has previously worked at Purely Financial Planning and Knight Frank Finance, has specialist knowledge in complex and high-net-worth mortgages.

Daniel Everritt joins from Capricorn Financial, and has previously worked as a mortgage and protection adviser who also has experience in buy-to-let and residential mortgages.

Both will work with the firm’s residential advisory team.

Allyson Hautot joins the company as a paraplanner from Alexander Hall with over seven years of property experience.

The whole of market mortgage specialist says its three new starters follow five other hires this year, including the appointment of Greg Cunnington as chief operating officer in March.

LDNfinance co-chief executive Anthony Rose says: “The appointment of new advisers and support staff demonstrate the steep acceleration of growth that LDNfinance has seen since the start of the year.”

He adds that the firm, founded in 2017, has just enjoyed its most successful quarter.

LDNfinance services cover high value and residential mortgages as well as specialist finance and protection cover.
