A new property advisory firm Karis Capital has launched, which will work across development funding, short-term lending, investment finance, commercial mortgages, high-net-worth mortgages, asset finance and commercial insurance.
The business is led by chief executive Nicholas Christofi (pictured) and co-founder Demetrios Antoniou, who also heads his family investment office.
It will act as “an external financial director for clients, not only facilitating finance, but also providing a blueprint to guide them through the increasingly complex real estate financing landscape”.
The City of London-based firm adds that it will “unveil a range of exclusive limited products developed in collaboration with key lenders.
“To demonstrate a commitment to building relationships over transactions, it will offer complimentary financial strategy reviews for developers and investors.”
The business promises to reveal a “distinguished board and executive team in the coming weeks” which will be able to provide clients with “strategic guidance”.
Co-founder Christofi says of Karis Capital: “Our goal is to redefine the way developers and investors approach financing. We are not just offering solutions, we are building enduring partnerships that fuel success”.
