Mortgages for Business has completed a rebranding and will be known as Mortgage Finance Brokers.
The broker firm, founded in 1990, deals with landlords, developers, business owners, and home buyers who are looking to source finance.
The range of lending it handles covers landlord mortgages and bridging loans, residential mortgages and property development finance.
Mortgage Finance Brokers managing director Gavin Richardson says: “Thirty years ago, we weren’t providing mortgages for houses in multiple occupation, multi-unit freehold blocks, vanilla buy to let, holiday lets, and student accommodation or residential mortgages for our clients either.
“The property finance sector has evolved since the early nineties and our company has, too. We want our name to reflect that.”
Mortgage Finance Brokers will revamp its website alongside the rebrand, which will reflect the range of products and services it offers
But the business will maintain the MFB acronym and its hexagonal logo.
Richardson adds: “The decision to retain the original ‘hex’ and the MFB acronym is a nod to our heritage.
“We want to reflect that, even after three decades, we’re still a family-owned business; we’re proud of our roots.
“While we’re keeping the logo, the overall colour scheme is changing to a more modern palette.”
The rebrand was undertaken by Tunbridge Wells-based creative agency Cheeky, whose previous clients include moneysupermarket, Majestic, and AXA.
The broker operates from two offices, in Kent and Cheshire.
